After a rich and fruitful tenure as a teacher with Montessori experience of over 5 years along with taking care of her family responsibilities, Smriti chose to exchange chalk & blackboard for some flour and an oven in 2019. She set up a home bakery initially churning out visually wonderous and delectable cakes, cupcakes and cookies. She also conducted classes for the same. Her products reached over 80 households and made her a familiar name to reckon with. With baking firmly in place, Smriti then forayed into the world of savoury cuisines. Preparing both veg and non-veg delicacies, Smriti’s venture is now popular as SIM’S BAKES & CUISINES. They say that proof of the pudding is in eating it and with the overwhelming response she receives for both her bakes and cuisines, it’s proof enough.
